• Located within the Arctic Edge Ice Arena we have 16,000 sq. ft of training area with a medicine ball wall, full rig, platforms, track space and turf to accommodate any client or athletes activities 

• 10,350 sq. ft. space above the ice rinks

• 55 yard, 3-lane track

• 30 yards of turf 

• Force/Resistance Treadmill

• Free weights
